In 2021 progressive grantmaker the Barrow Cadbury Trust commissioned me to review their entire suite of websites, social media channels, and email lists and evaluate their performance in terms of engagement, user experience, and accessibility. I pulled my findings together into a comprehensive report along with a set of short term, medium term, and long term strategic recommendations.
