Reviewing content design and improving user experience
Ahead of a major website redesign I worked with the Information team at anti-poverty charity Turn2Us to review the user experience and accessibility of their Covid-19 content, develop a set of user stories, make recommendations for improved page structure and layout, and then edit key pages in line with those recommendations.
