Digital project management training tailored for charities

In 2017 I teamed up with Rebecca Kemp to create a training offer especially for charities planning a major website redesign, as I found that many staff tasked with these complex projects felt unprepared.

Our one day course introduced attendees to the basics of analytics, user research, content design, stakeholder engagement, and agile methodology among other areas.

We ran Digital Project Management for Charities as an open and as a private training day for Esmée Fairbairn Foundation grantees, and received an average score of 4.5 out of 5 stars from attendees.
